Eugene police arrested a 32-year-old man after a report that he used a phone to record a teen in a bathroom at Valley River Center.
Jordan Skyler Jones, of Eugene, pleaded not guilty on Tuesday, Oct. 28, to second-degree invasion of personal privacy, according to court records.
The charging document filed in Lane County Circuit Court does not specifically refer to recording images.
