SALEM, Ore. – The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS) is seeking public assistance in locating two missing siblings from Eugene, Tristen Dilinger Evans, 17, and Blake Ryan Evans, 15. Both are in foster care and believed to be in danger.
According to ODHS, the siblings are members of the Citizen Potawatomi Nation and might be near North Eugene High School. Tristen, who identifies as LGBTQ+, is described as 5-foot-10 with blonde hair tinted orange and brown eyes. Blake is 5-foot-9.5 with red hair and brown eyes.
