MISSING: Authorities seek help to find missing Evans siblings believed to be in Eugene

EUGENE, Ore. — The Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), Child Welfare Division, asks the public to help find Tristen Dilinger Evans, 17, and Blake Ryan Evans, 15, two siblings in foster care who went missing from Eugene last weekend.

They are believed to be in danger, ODHS says.
