Traffic reopened 3.5 hours after it was shut down on Highway 99 near Roosevelt Boulevard in the area known as Four Corners. The highway was closed by a large fire burning on commercial property in the area.
Police had closed both northbound and southbound lanes and drivers were urged to seek a different route…
