Philomath man faces serious charges after Junction City crash

JUNCTION CITY, Ore. – A Philomath man faces serious charges following a crash that left an elderly victim paralyzed.

Jesse Scott Klain, 37, was charged on Monday with second-degree assault, DUII, and reckless driving. The charges stem from an August 8 crash on Highway 99 near Milliron Road.
