Eugene, OR – Skies darken across western Oregon this morning as the first wave of a powerful atmospheric river pushes toward the coast. The National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch from late Sunday night through Thursday, covering much of the Willamette Valley, including Eugene, Salem, and Portland.
