Eugene, Ore. — A joint venture between CRG and Kenter Capital has broken ground on Chapter Alder, a 491-bed development serving students attending the University of Oregon in Eugene. Located at the intersection of 13th Avenue and Alder Street, the community will rise 15 stories and offer 133 fully furnished units in studio, one-, two-, four- and five-bedroom configurations. Shared amenities are set to include private and group study spaces; a state-of-the-art fitness center; multiple outdoor social areas; a rooftop terrace with a hot tub, spa and cold plunge overlooking campus; an elevated outdoor patio with fire pits and grilling stations; and 2,200 square feet of ground floor retail space.
