According to online records obtained by PEOPLE from the Oregon Judicial Department and Lane County’s Sheriff’s Office (LCSO), the Home Improvement alum, 44, was released from Lane County Community Corrections in Eugene, Ore. on Wednesday, Dec. 10. He had been in custody for nearly two weeks after getting arrested for allegedly violating probation connected to a prior assault conviction.
Records indicate that the charges — which Bryan denied at his arraignment on Dec. 3 — have been “cleared.” He is set to return to court for a probation violation hearing on Dec. 15…
