EUGENE, Ore. — Former Eugene mayor Brian Obie has been named the 2025 First Citizen, the Eugene Area Chamber of Commerce announced Tuesday.
The award recognizes more than five decades of transformative leadership in business, civic service, philanthropy and community development, the Chamber said.
