Eugene, OR – On the evening of December 10, Eugene Police Department detectives conducted a targeted retail theft operation at TJ Maxx and Nordstrom Rack on Coburg Road, resulting in several arrests.
Even before the operation began, TJ Maxx reported three thefts. During the operation, detectives intercepted five additional thefts and arrested the suspects, all of whom had outstanding warrants.
