KEIZER, Ore. – Keizer Police have apprehended three suspects in Eugene in connection with a violent home invasion robbery that left a local man wounded nearly two months ago, according to the Keizer Police Department.
Keizer police officials said that the incident occurred on Oct. 24 when a 20-year-old Keizer resident was shot and robbed inside his apartment. The victim, despite his injuries, managed to seek help from neighbors, authorities said. Keizer police said that the suspects, two males and one female, fled the scene with firearms and personal belongings before police arrived. The victim was taken to the hospital and survived his injuries.
The police investigation, aided by the FBI and Oregon DOJ, led to the identification and arrest of the suspects in Eugene. On Dec. 12, officers from multiple agencies executed search warrants at multiple locations, seizing one firearm, police said.
