A car crash near Franklin Boulevard on Saturday, Dec. 20th caused significant traffic disruptions as police shut down the area from Villard St. to Agate St.
Authorities reported that a vehicle crashed into a pole and rolled over into power lines, leaving it suspended vertically by the guy wires.
People were still inside the vehicle during the incident.
A pedestrian was also struck and taken to the hospital, but is expected to recover…
