EUGENE, Ore. – Authorities are seeking known victims of a suspected porch pirate who was captured on camera allegedly stealing packages off of doorsteps, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said that an investigating officer is seeking victims who know that the suspect captured in the above photos was involved with their theft case and have surveillance video as well as a case number for their incidents.
