Eugene police arrest man inhaling nitrous oxide in parking lot

EUGENE, Ore. – A man was arrested on multiple charges after being found unresponsive in a vehicle blocking traffic on Royal Avenue, according to the Eugene Police Department.

EPD officials said that 32-year-old Holton Huntington Gable of Deadwood was reported inhaling from a large canister while in a Nissan Armada. Drone units were dispatched, and officers arrived to find Gable with nitrous oxide and methamphetamine, police said…
