EUGENE, Ore. — A 36-year-old Eugene man was arrested Monday evening on multiple charges that included driving under the influence of intoxicants following a traffic stop, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said an officer was patrolling West 11th Avenue near Seneca Road at about 10:44 p.m. on Dec. 29 when he spotted a Dodge Ram truck driving eastbound on West 11th Avenue without headlights. EPD officials said that the Dodge’s driver, identified as Chad Andrew Hathaway, 36, was pulled over.
