EUGENE, Ore. – Construction along North Gilham Road has been a source of frustration for drivers and pedestrians over the past few months. Road closures and congestion have become a common sight in the neighborhood, impacting daily routines.
Residents near Gilham Road, Ashbury Drive, and Don Juan Avenue have been directly affected by the ongoing construction. Steve Robinson, who lives on Ashbury Drive, acknowledged the inconvenience caused by the road closures.
