After a decade of ongoing redevelopment at the Shoppes at Gateway, formerly known as Gateway Mall, Jones Lang LaSalle, an advisor to mall owners Balboa Retail Partners, announced the shopping center is up for sale.
Along with the announcement, real estate brokers gave a peek at what is and what may be coming to the Shoppes in 2026.
In marketing material for potential buyers, JLL said it’s “pleased to present to qualified investors the opportunity to acquire The Shoppes at Gateway,” a 697,287-square-foot retail center with 81.4% of its retail space leased to national retailers: Walmart Neighborhood Market, Bass Pro Shop, Cinemark, Ross Dress for Less, Marshalls, Raising Cane’s, and more…
