EUGENE, Ore. — The Eugene Police Department arrested a man Wednesday for DUII and reckless driving after incident on Harlow Road.
At 12:12 p.m. on Jan. 14, Eugene PD responded to calls regarding a vehicle partly up a curb on Harlow Road near Waverly Street, that was running with the driver passed out in the driver’s seat.
