EUGENE, Ore. — A school bus driver was cited on multiple charges after police say he was driving recklessly while transporting students through Springfield and Eugene on Monday afternoon.
According to Springfield police, on Jan. 26, Central Lane 911 received a call around 3:30 p.m. from a concerned citizen reporting a school bus driving recklessly, westbound on Highway 126.
