SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Driver impairment was believed to be a factor in a multi-vehicle crash on Wednesday, according to the Springfield Police Department.
According to SPD officials and emergency dispatch logs, police and emergency personnel responded at about 4 p.m. on Jan. 28 to a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Martin Luther King Jr. Parkway and Hayden Bridge Way.
