SPRINGFIELD, ORE. – PeaceHealth RiverBend Hospital has recently made a significant change in its emergency room care providers, ending a 35-year contract with Eugene Emergency Physicians and partnering with Apollo MD.
Noelle Brekkie, a nurse at PeaceHealth for eight years, shared insights on behalf of the Oregon Nurses Association (ONA.)
“It’s like an oiled machine at this point,” Brekkie said. “So there’ll be a lot of building of that relationship. And like I said, understanding who they are, what their skill sets are. And that’ll just be a time thing, I guess.”…
