Thurston’s new community center has made the Springfield enclave a hotbed of second locations for popular restaurants. The next to open up: Washburn Café.
The Register-Guard reported last year that TrackTown Pizza, a Eugene staple for track and field lovers near the University of Oregon campus, is adding a second location for the first time since it opened in 1978.
