Lane County is home to plenty of great pizza options, and this February and March, they will go head-to-head in The Register-Guard’s pizza bracket. This first round, community favorites from around Eugene, Springfield and beyond battle it out to avoid early elimination.
This first round is full of interesting local showdowns. Charred and Mezza Luna face off for the downtown Springfield crown while Sy’s New York Pizza and Pegasus Pizzeria duke it out for the campus favorite. Bigger businesses like Market of Choice and MOD Pizza face off with smaller competitors like Za Pizza Cart and Oakshire Commons.
