EUGENE, Ore. — Allegations against County Commissioner David Loveall have emerged in a 12-page report accusing him of derogatory and religious language use, as well as instructing a county administrator to ignore employee complaints.
Mountain Lakes Employment Investigations, an independent group, conducted the report, which spans incidents from May to December 2025. One notable allegation dates back to May 7, 2025, when Loveall allegedly compared a community partner to “a stripper on a stripper’s pole” during a meeting with two county employees. This remark reportedly made an employee “very uncomfortable.”
