Meet Queen Lily, Elvis, and other cats ready for adoption at Oregon rescues

Greenhill Humane Society

Meet Queen Lily and Princess Peanut! This royal pair is bonded and looking for a quiet, calm home where they can thrive. Queen Lily is a very distinguished 14-year-old kitty who enjoys lounging and yummy treats. Princess Peanut is Lily’s 7-year-old sidekick who loves giving her little licks and is a goofy, playful gal.

Both kitties have done well with foster dogs in their previous home and would prefer a home with older kids or adults only. Please ask about their medical releases if you are interested in adopting. Come out to meet them during Greenhill’s “Love finds a Home” adoption promotion which runs Feb. 1 through Feb. 14. All dogs, cats and rabbits over 1 year old are just $50, with seniors and veterans receiving an additional discount.

Unlike his namesake, this cool cat avoids the limelight. At OCHS, you’ll find Elvis curled up on a high perch watching the world go by, and we’re sure he would love a sunny spot in your home and heart to continue doing just that. If you’d like to add this sweet, calm boy to your life, stop by the shelter or apply online.

If you’re interested in Elvis, come meet him at 2840 Rhododendron Drive in Florence or complete an adoption application online at oregoncoasthumanesociety.org. Got questions? Call 541-997-4277.

Sweet and affectionate, they are quick to warm up to people — but they aren’t fond of loud barking. They must be adopted together. They have been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and are negative for FIV & FeLV…
