The community is speaking out against PeaceHealth’s recent decision not to renew its emergency room staffing contract with Eugene Emergency Physicians, instead contracting with Atlanta-based ApolloMD.
PeaceHealth ended its relationship with the local group after 35 years.
Local physicians have said they would relocate out of town before they would work for the corporate management group.
