EUGENE, Ore. – A woman was arrested for DUII following a hit-and-run incident early on Feb. 13, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said the suspect, identified as 40-year-old Jessica Danielle Tutt, was involved in multiple crashes before being apprehended. Tutt reportedly crashed a Toyota 4-Runner into pedestrian crosswalk signs and a light pole near East 24th Avenue and Willamette Street. A bystander approached to check on her, but she fled northbound. Additional reports came in of a 4-Runner hitting parked vehicles near High Street and East 18th Avenue.
