Eugene woman pleads guilty, gets 16 months on felony gun possession charge

EUGENE, Ore. – A Eugene woman arrested in early 2025 for her involvement in an illegal drug operation has entered a guilty plea on a felony gun possession charge, according to the Eugene Police Department.

Forty-one-year-old Chirstina Amber Schmisek will serve 16 months in prison with two years of post-prison supervision on a felon in possession of a firearm charge. Schmisek and 39-year-old Anthony Miro Latin of Eugene were arrested in May 2025 in connection with an illegal drug delivery operation near a school.
