LANE COUNTY, OR — Oregon State Police (OSP) have confirmed the death of a Cottage Grove woman following a single-vehicle crash on Interstate 5 that occurred earlier this month.
The Incident
At approximately 12:56 a.m. on Saturday, February 14, 2026, OSP responded to a report of a vehicle that had left the roadway near milepost 167.
