Katie Moss and Cody MacFadyen are planning to turn the former Poppi’s Anatolia into a comfortable cafe.
They’re taking their baked goods from the farmer’s market booth to 992 Willamette St., which they hope to open in May.
Moss and MacFayden met in Seattle, where they were both working in the corporate world. Moss had always been interested in cooking and baking, but held her passion on the back burner to advance her career. She and MacFayden both found their jobs to be draining, and after a life-altering car accident, realized that lifestyle was no longer right for them…
