Portland, OR – Drivers crossing the Oregon Cascades could face snow-covered highways as early as 4 a.m. Wednesday, with up to 8 inches expected above 4,500 feet and visibility dropping during heavier bursts by the morning commute.
According to the National Weather Service in Portland, a Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 a.m. to 10 p.m. Wednesday for the Cascades of Lane County and the Cascades of Marion and Linn counties.
