Eugene Police warns of gold jewelry scammers in the area

EUGENE, Ore. – Eugene Police are warning locals about a gold jewelry scam targeting the community. Scammers are approaching people in public places, offering fake gold jewelry stamped to look legitimate.

In the past two weeks, three individuals in the Eugene and Lane County area have fallen victim to this scam. The suspects, traveling in an unknown SUV, include a man, a pregnant woman, and two children.
