EUGENE, Ore. — Eugene Police are on scene of a reported vehicle pedestrian crash at E Broadway and Hilyard St., the department reported Tuesday just before 6 p.m.
The westbound lanes of East Broadway are blocked.
It is unknown when the road will be reopened…
