EUGENE, Ore. – A pedestrian was struck by a car at the intersection of Broadway Avenue and Hilyard Street on March 3, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said that a 19-year-old male pedestrian was hit by a Kia Forte driven by an 18-year-old woman. The incident occurred as the pedestrian was crossing against a red light.
