Springfield Man Indicted After Allegedly Attempting to Meet Minor in Lincoln City

Lincoln City, OR. — A Springfield man has been indicted by a Lincoln County Grand Jury after allegedly attempting to meet a minor following sexually explicit online communications.

According to the Lincoln City Police Department, 38-year-old Rigoberto Lezama-Luna was arrested on February 27, 2026, after arranging to meet someone he believed to be a minor at an undisclosed location in Lincoln City. Investigators say Lezama-Luna had been communicating through social media with an undercover officer posing as a minor and allegedly sent sexually charged messages during the exchange.
