Two suspects arrested, one still at large in Deadwood burglary investigation

DEADWOOD, Ore. – A burglary investigation in Deadwood has led to arrests and ongoing searches for suspects and stolen items, according to the Lane County Sheriff’s Office.

LCSO officials said a homeowner reported a burglary on Jan. 30 on Highway 36. Detectives identified suspects through security footage. On Feb. 12, Oregon State Police found suspect Tina Jean Devault, 57, in a vehicle near Armitage Park. Detectives discovered about a pound of methamphetamine in the vehicle. Devault was arrested on a parole violation and faces additional drug charges. A search warrant was issued for a property on Highway 126, where 38-year-old Beau Russell Anderson, 38, was found with a firearm. Anderson was arrested on multiple charges, including burglary and aggravated theft, sheriff’s officials said. Anderson is in custody as of March 9, according to Lane County Jail records.

Further searches on Feb. 13 uncovered nine stolen firearms. However, suspect Guy Gilbert Devault, 61, remains at large. He is described as 5’10”, 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes…
