An atmospheric river that moved into Oregon on Wednesday is expected to pelt the Portland area with about 4 inches of rain through early Saturday.
The Coast Range will see even more rain, with the National Weather Service saying areas near Tillamook should brace for up to 9 inches of precipitation from Wednesday afternoon into Saturday.
