The city of Springfield is planning to sell an undeveloped parcel of land in southeast Springfield adjacent to the Jasper Meadows development.
A purchase and sale agreement for the 22-acre property along Linda Lane, south of Mt. Vernon Road and east of Jasper Road, was signed by Damon Kluck, manager of Jasper Hills LLC, on Feb. 20. The sale price is $750,000.
Articles of organization for Jasper Hills LLC, which has a Bend address, were filed Feb. 23, 2026, with the state of Oregon. The documents do not state the business’s activity…
