EUGENE, Ore. — On Thursday, March 12, 2026, a Lane County Circuit Court judge sentenced 30-year-old Antonio Alex Parks for three separate counts of “Menacing- Constituting Domestic Violence” (Class A Misdemeanors), pursuant to a plea agreement to 36-months of probation for each count, condition of probation including no contact with the victim, that he successfully complete domestic violence treatment, complete 10 days of jail (credit for time served; with consideration for alternatives), and pay the $100 minimum fine for each count, the Lane County District Attorney’s Office reports.
The case originated on March 1, 2025, when Portland Police Bureau (“PPB”) responded to a 911 call from a hotel employee about the Defendant causing a disturbance in their lobby. In the course of that investigation PPB learned from the victim in this case that she had been a victim of domestic violence at the hands of the defendant while in a relationship and living with him in Eugene.
Upon Eugene Police Department (EPD) assuming the investigation, they found Parks engaged in domestic violence against the victim on or about June 24, 2023, May 1, 2024, and December 11, 2024. These incidents had not been previously reported to law enforcement…
