EUGENE, Ore. — The Friends of Eugene Public Library’s giant Book Sale takes place on Saturday, April 11 and Sunday, April 12 at the Lane Events Center Performance Hall. The benefit runs 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Sunday.
Shoppers can browse thousands of gently used and like-new books, most at the bargain price of $2. Choices include fiction and nonfiction in paperback and hardcover, all genres, recent bestsellers, and rare and specialty books. DVDs, audiobooks, music books, music CDs, puzzles, novelties and a large selection of children’s books will also be for sale.
All major credit cards are accepted as well as cash (no checks). Admission and parking are free. Organizers recommend bringing a bag or box to carry purchases.
