JUNCTION CITY, Ore. – A second former student filed a lawsuit against the Junction City School District, the school board and a teacher, alleging child sexual battery, negligence and discrimination.
The student, identified only by their initials, accused teacher Mike Shultz of sexual contact and grooming. The lawsuit alleges Shultz groped the victim during a school trip photo and asked her to call him “daddy.”
