EUGENE, Ore. – The Black Culture Initiative of Eugene hosted a financial literacy wellness, budgeting and cashflow class Saturday morning.
The class is part of a five-part series. It covers debt reduction, budgeting and saving for major goals such as purchasing a home and preparing for retirement.
