The foodies of Eugene and Springfield have missed Charred. The restaurant has been on hiatus since owners Terry McKay and David Lucht closed up shop inside the Washburne Cafe to focus on getting their new property ready for business.
Lucht and McKay asked local diners to be patient during renovation. The restaurant has passed inspections and The Register-Guard got to take a sneak peek inside.
