PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — One of seven members of an alleged burglary ring that has targeted Asian American business owners across Oregon has pleaded guilty, according to authorities.
The U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Oregon revealed Colombian national Jhon Alexander Quintero pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit interstate transportation of stolen goods on Tuesday.
Officials said 45-year-old Quintero, also known as Edwin Andres Cadena-Pineda, joined six co-conspirators in burglarizing Oregon and Washington residences starting in early October 2025.
