EUGENE, Ore. – Police arrested a man after he allegedly tried to grab a woman near Bailey Hill Road and West 11th Avenue on Tuesday morning, according to the Eugene Police Department.
EPD officials said a caller reported 36-year-old Kerry Michael Diamond had tried to grab a 19-year-old Eugene woman around 11:33 a.m. on March 31. He left on foot heading east on West 11th Avenue.
