SPRINGFIELD, Ore. – Albertsons Companies confirmed the Pioneer Parkway Safeway location will remain open despite online speculation it would close.
Springfield will now have three Safeway’s within a 12-mile radius. The change means the two Springfield Albertsons stores will flip to Safeway in the coming months.
