EUGENE, Ore. — Local businessman Ruben Garcia is offering an apology Thursday night following a tense public confrontation with Lane County Commissioner Laurie Trieger.
What began as a public complaint from Garcia turned into an exchange in which Commissioner Trieger alleged sexual harassment from Garcia while working for him 30 years ago.
