SPRINGFIELD, Ore. — Firefighters contained a house fire in Springfield early Sunday morning after arriving to find flames blowing out of a second-floor window.
Eugene Springfield Fire (ESF) crews were dispatched to a home in the 1000 block of 21st on reports of a window air conditioning unit on fire.
Battalion 3 arrived to find fire blowing out a second-floor window.
Firefighters made an interior attack and contained the fire to one room while other crews searched the home.
No injuries were reported, but two adults and four pets were displaced…
