ISP Sergeant’s car hit by semi during traffic stop

POSEY COUNTY, Ind (WEHT) – No one was hurt when an Indiana State Police Sergeant’s car was hit by a semi during a traffic stop.

At about 10:05 a.m. on Wednesday, the sergeant was conducting a vehicle inspection on I-64 near Poseyville when his semi-marked ISP Commission was hit by a passing semi.

The sergeant was not hurt and was able to stop the semi driver and cite him for Failure to Yield to Emergency Vehicle and Operating a Commercial Motor Vehicle While Ill or Fatigued…
