HENDERSON CO.,, Ky. (WFIE) – A missing persons case that went cold over a decade ago has a new lead.
91-year-old Charles Haywood went missing in 2008 and was last believed to be in the Owensboro-area.
Now, officials say someone reported finding his truck at the old U.S. Highway 60 Boat Ramp in Spottsville.
Crews are out there right now working recover his truck from the water…
